[FOSS4G2016] Request for check through

Hi LOC,

there is a text (in german) "about FOSS4G". The text is initially from 
me but Timo Thalmann (textkoch) corrected and improved it. The text will 
be release in the next Harzer Newsletter and i have to deliver it to 
them today. Is there anybody in LOC willing to rerad (and correct) the 
text until 13h *t*o*d*a*y* ?
