[FOSS4G2016] [Program] General sessions information

Hi LOC,

I can see that the website contains a section about the academic track,
workshops and map gallery. I thought during the last weekend also the
general sessions with the talks would be put together to line nicely up.

Is it now my call to make aligned with the other texts, or will we just
the one I posted on the wiki?

How do I get it on the website?
