[FOSS4G2016] Website is hard to use on small screen

Hi LOC,

I find the website hard to use on small screens. The header is so large
that you have only a small part of the Window for the actual text. You
also have long pages where you need to scroll a lot.

Here's a screenshot to show what I mean [1].

I've created an issue on Redmine to track it [2].
