[FOSS4G2016] Workshop closing date

I have copied to deadline from an old document. So March 21st is correct.

Hi Workshop-Team,

the websites says the workshops close on March 24th. I thought we agreed
on having the workshops and talks closed at the same date.

Should we pick the 21st or 24th for both?
