[FOSS4G2016] Details for presenters

Hi LOC,

we should send out an email to all presenters about the technical
details for their presentations. Things like:

 - Is there an installed machine they can use for presentation? If yes,
which operating system does it have and which formats can be used?
 - Which connectors are available to present with your own machine? VGA,
HDMI, DisplayPort, USB3? All of them?
 - Which resolution do the projectors have (this way you would also know
the ratio, if it's 3:4 or 16:9

Who can find out those details?
