[FOSS4G2016] 7th keynote

[Michael Gould]

Still doing a great job juggling all these things and getting it together...

But for Boston I recommend that the conference go to the more standard 1
keynote per day format.  Having 7 keynotes is just strange, and it
downgrades the importance of each of them.
