[FOSS4G2016] Keynoters

Hi list,

just an email to give a brief overview about keynoters we have in 
focus.

Regarding our program draft, which we have adapted last weekend in 
Essen, we will have 6-7 slots for keynoters. A keynote will be not more 
that 20-25 minutes. Until now, we have one keynote fixed (European 
Commission), some more are in our focus. We want to have at least one 
keynote about each key topic plus one from OSGeo about their new focus 
and strategy. Taking all this together, we already have between 5-6 
fixed keynoters. This means that there is not really much more room for 
more. So, my only bid is, please do not contact people regarding 
keynotes, without getting in contact with PR&M and also me ;-)
