[FOSS4G2016] Results Academic Track

Hi Till,

In that case our choice for the deadline of the publication of the 
academic track AND the early bird deadline don't go well together.

Thus, we have to choose whether we extend the Early Bird discount.
If we decide to do so, IMHO it only makes sense if we extend it until at 
least 25 May.
(as you can't expect people to take notice of the academic program on 
15th May, and then register within 5 days).

The fact that we just sent out a reminder to register before the 8th of 
May should not influence out decision.
