[FOSS4G2016] Closing tasks

Thank you Gert-Jan, Marc, Till, all of the Bonn team.  Passing the torch 
to the next committee is about sharing the passion, giving the 
spotlight, so that ideas, learning, and laughter can move all across the 
world - which is the symbol of the FOSS4G ribbon.
