[FOSS4G2017] Kids Map Gallery

Heather,

this sounds like a good idea, one of the other ideas floating around is to
have a iron mapping competition, perhaps this will be a good venue for this
as well.

So Map Gallery sub-comittee.. ;)

Also... let's just call it a general map gallery, I think calling it a
adult map gallery is just... asking for trouble. ;)
