[FOSS4G2017] Map gallery hosting

Dear Sanghee and Micheal,

I will be very happy if the pco does the page. I was asking early because web development not something I know a lot about and so it worried me. And I do things that worry me first.  So, if I know that there will be a nice person from the pco to handle the mechanics, I will not worry about putting it off till Spring.  I'll be looking this weekend at the Portland, Seoul and Nottingham map galleries to see how they organized things, and I will add my notes and the links to their sites to the wiki.
