[Foss4g2024] Discounted or free tickets for workshop instructors

Hey there,

I've been in contact with foss4g2024 em gmail.com and register em foss4g.org to
find a solution for discounted or free tickets for Tim Schaub and myself.
We are the presenters of the OpenLayers workshop (and an OpenLayers talk as
well).

On the one hand, preparing a workshop is a huge effort for the presenters.
On the other hand, attending workshops is not free. So OSGeo makes money
with workshop presenters, and in the past the presenters got a fair share
of that money by means of free or discounted tickets.

The only offers we got were either to buy an early bird ticket (too late
for that now), or to get tickets if someone buys Adopt-a-ticket tickets,
which apparently has not been the case yet.

So how can we improve this situation? Both Tim and I are not backed by a
company that would pay travel, accommodation or tickets for the conference,
so free tickets or at least a discount code for a generous discount would
be greatly appreciated.
