Pour ma part, je proposerai ceci :

Découper la doc en fichier d'une page si possible, cela dépand des 
informations, parfois il faut garder plusieurs pages pour avoi un tout 
cohérent.

Les placer en lignes.

Définir une page wiki et un espace d'échange opur la relecture.

La procédure de l'OSGeo-fr est bien en place et tout peut être activé 
rapidement. Il faut cependant une personne référante vers laquelle se tourner 
en cas de problème et qui va suivre le projet pour lancer les rappels, 
corriger les soucis, etc.

Le svn est il vraiment important ? Je ne pense pas surtout si le document n'a 
pas vocation a être modifié par la suite. Il faudra laisser un contact dans 
la version française en cas de problème de typo, fautes de traduction, etc.
