Hello all,

I've started translation in french also (the 3 first docs translation)

I've added a column for reserving docs for not doing both time the same job
For other french, the time limit to complete translation before the bundle
of the OSgeo live DVD is 1 week if I remember the timeline Cameron Shorter
give me.
So hurry up for participate if you want :)
