[Francophone] [FROG 2013] avis sur le contenu anglais

Bonjour,

Nous avons prévu de faire des mails sur les mailing list anglophones des
différents projets opensource OSGEO pour avoir des retours éventuels pour
les contributions.
Pour cela, nous avons besoin de valider (re-rédiger si nécessaire) le
contenu ci-dessous.
Je parle de valider ou rerédiger car les avis étaient plutôt lors de la
dernière réunion, que le contenu proposé ci-dessous (par moi...) était peut
être "trop léger" par rapport à la version française et qu'il faudrait
plutôt partir des comm fr et les traduire (
