[Francophone] Downloading QGIS takes hours and fails

Bonjour,

Je me permets de répondre en français étant donné que cette liste est 
francophone ;-)
Quel lien de téléchargement utilisez-vous ?

Pour ma part, j'ai récemment installé QGIS sur une machine avec ce 
fichier d'installation : 
https://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/v2/osgeo4w-setup.exe
Je suis sur une connexion 4G et c'est passé sans problème.

Si ce lien ne fonctionne pas, il s'agit peut être d'un problème de 
firewall, DNS, proxy ou autre problème réseau.
