Voici les infos prises sur le site du programme eContent dans les
drafts de l'appel à projet . <br>
Ca a l'air très orienté thématique métier INSPIRE et non thématique
technique ... J'ai essayé de joindre la responsable à la DDM pour
valider cette première lecture mais ne
l'ai pas eu ... Je vous fais signe dès que j'ai plus d'infos sur les
possibilités de proposer une thématique technique Interopérabilité/Open
Sources ... En tout cas ce serait un excellent moyen de valoriser
l'Open Source au sein d'INSPIRE ...<br>

"The indicative overall budget available for this call is € 46.5
million of Community contribution. (Geographic information 30% - +/-14

<big><b>"Best practice networks for geographic information</b></big><br>
<br>
<b>Objective:</b><br>
Increase the reuse of geographic information by improving the
interoperability of spatial data sets and services. Identify issues and
implement solutions for reducing the barriers to interoperability of
spatial data sets and services related to one or more of the specific
themes enumerated in annexes IIII of the INSPIRE directive. Only one
network for each theme will be selected.<br>
<br>
<b>Conditions:</b><br>
In addition to the common requirements for best practice networks,
proposals should meet the following conditions:<br>
<br>
1-The consortium should demonstrate its capacity to achieve a broad
consensus beyond the network beneficiaries on methods and standards
involving all relevant stakeholders, including coordinating bodies.<br>
2-The implemented solutions should result in datasets that are easily
accessible and re-useable through the use of open, non-proprietary
standards that facilitate re-use, where appropriate. The intended
pricing models and their effects on re-use by the target groups will be
an important factor in choosing one proposal rather than another.<br>
3-The multilingual aspects of accessing, exploiting, using, and
re-using the underlying content should be an integral part of the
proposed implementation activities.<br>
4-Where appropriate, the use of open standards is recommended.<br>

<b>Expected results</b><br>
Spatial information is aggregated to cover a significant part of Europe
and data are accessible in a seamless way across borders in multiple
languages, facilitating its re-use. Consensus is built on the strategy
for improving the interoperability of spatial data sets and services
and on further concrete actions required. A sustainable network of
stakeholders is established around the best practice networks, which
promotes dialogue and exchanges of information and best practice
between stakeholders in view of implementing common solutions across
Europe."<br>

Ci-joint, il y aurait une opportunité, via la 3ème ligne d'action,
pour subventionner par la commission européenne la création de
réseaux de bonnes pratiques dans le domaine de l'information
géographique. L'Open Source pourrait être l'une de ces thématiques
et l'un de ces réseaux, l'OSGeo le pilote ...
Qu'en pensez-vous ? Un parisien aurait-il la possibilité de
participer à cette réunion ?
