[Fundraising] Meeting Tuesday July 11th

Ok Frank,

Unfortunately, I won't be able to participate as I will be traveling and 
in meetings. I do have a lot of thoughts though on how we can proceed 
and will try to compile this in advance of the meeting for FunCom to review.
