Well, ultimately my leadership has been ineffective.  I did slack for
months at a time on calling a meeting.

Paul has attended most IRC meetings and provided useful feedback.  Ed and
Alain appear not to have had the time to get involved.

Some additional involvement will be necessary, especially as we enter the
phase where we want to start promoting sponsorship widely.
