[Fundraising] Sponsorship opportunities page...

Frank pointed out that we had no link to "Project Sponsorship"  
anywhere on our website.  So, I quickly put together a draft page  
that we could use as a launching point for showing all our major  
sponsorship opportunities, if this committee would like to.
