OK, with positive indications from Alan, Paul, and Zak, this is done
(someone else had it registered, but kindly gave it up).

Paul, I've added you as the alternate administrator.  I'd be happy to
add someone else as primary admin if desired.

I've given chanops to pagameba and zjames and will be sending them the
password offline.

Alan, could you (and anyone else that wants ops on this channel) send me
