 When I try to perform actions in Fusion, I find that map tips often get in
 the way. This is particularly evident when trying to do a rectangle
 selection. If you wait too long before making the first click, the map tip
 pops up beneath the cursor, and you end up clicking on the tip rather than
 on the map. Then, once you’re dragging a rectangle, if you mouse over the
 map tip, you lose the rectangle. It’s really frustrating.
