 This behaviour was witnessed in the new standard template for MapGuide
 (templates/mapguide/standard).  When you click Print a dialog will appear.
 Invoking this dialog creates scrollbars in the main app.  Once you are
 finished with the dialog the scrollbars will remain.  It appears that Jx
 Layout cannot get a handle of these scrollbars on resize.

 Discovered in FF2 - not tested in other browsers.
