 This is a tracking ticket so we know what has been done.  When SVN was
 moved from DMSG to OSGeo, we missed a bunch of revisions that where
 important due to some problems with the export process.  Then new code was
 committed to OSGeo SVN based on the slightly out-of-date files including
 some patches that were already in the missing revisions.

 To fix the problem, we fixed the svn export to include all the previous
 revisions, pulled a patch file from OSGeo SVN for all the changes since
 the import, swapped OSGeo SVN for the new one and applied the patch file
 in one big commit (coming momentarily).
