 Run ant in the fusion directory with no optional parameters.

 It will say BUILD FAILED at build.xml:205 ${fusion directory}\build\text
 not found.

 If you look at the output, the clean target is executed *after* the
 prepare target has been executed, the net result is that nothing has been
 copied.
