Comment:

 This is a weird bug. It only shows up when I have the !ForecastFox
 extension (a weather-reporting add-on) enabled in Firefox 3. Even then, if
 I set the add-on to display in the status bar, everything is fine. But if
 I set it to display in any location above the main window, I get the
 reloading problem consistently.

 I'm going to downgrade the priority setting of this ticket, though it
 would still be great to fix it, if possible.
