 1) Load the Sheboygan sample in Google Chrome

 2) Start a measure operation

 3) Click on several place

 4) Double-click to terminate the measure

 There is still a ![...] tooltip still on the screen.  If another measure
 operation is started, the last ![...] tooltip remains on the screen.
