Comment:

 (In [1691]) Closes #172.  Fix a problem with stack overflows in IE when
 layouts are resized by delaying propagation to children.  This fix will be
 incorporated in the next jxlib build (beta 5 I think).  I need to
 synchronize that release with updates to the mapguide templates due to the
 addition of support for hover states in jx buttons so I have applied the
 patch to the jxlib in fusion manually for now.
