 (In [1594]) See #115.  Update to latest Jx and rejig where the Jx code
 lives by moving the js file into lib and the themes into the templates.
 The old structure didn't make a lot of sense.  Also add a_pixel.png to the
 lib directory and update Fusion's script location detection code to use
 the same technique as Jx.
