 Report from Autodesk QA.

 Steps:
 1. Open one flexible web layout with consume maps.
 2. Click External Providers widget.

 Results:
 Nothing happened.

 Expected results:
 The drop-down menu should display with all selected base layers.

 Workaround:
 Per information from Arthur, click Map widget first, then it works.

 Regression: Y
 G29.8 works correctly.
