 1, Launch MG Studio.[[BR]]
 2, Create Flexible Web Layout and view it in the web browser.[[BR]]
 3, Hide 'Tasks' pane.[[BR]]
 4, Click on i.e. 'Buffer' tool placed in toolbar.[[BR]]
 [[BR]]

 actual result: The buffer is not invoked, because it is hidden in the Task
 pane, which is hidden as well. Error message mark appears in the bottom
 left corner.
 If the 'Tasks' window is visible, 'Buffer' tool (or any other) appears in
 the 'Tasks' pane properly without any error.
