Comment:

 testing in MapGuide with trunk version, the scaleline control now displays
 values < 100m correctly with the Sheboygan sample.  Closing fixed.  If
 this can be demonstrated again, I'll need more testing paramters
 (mapguide/mapserver, data, template etc).
