 Two of my Maps have over 50 layers. When trying to view these in fusion
 SVN or the Beta Download it takes minutes to load in IE and sometimes
 becomes unresponsive.  Also The Memory for the IE process grows to over
 300,000 KB.  Loads pretty fast in Firefox and Chrome.
