 I believe this still occurs with all releases of Fusion with MapGuide Open
 Source.  When displaying a maptip in IE7, the AJAX post-back occurs over
 and over.  This results in all spaces in the maptip text appearing as line
 breaks and the maptip flashing as the AJAX call is made.  This can be
 easily seen at http://mapguide.spatialgis.com/mapguide/spokanemaps/.  Zoom
 in until parcels are available and then view the maptip and see the
 oddities.  Using Fiddler2 confirms the repetitive call backs.

 There was a similar issue with the AJAX viewer at one point which was
 solved by http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/ticket/17.  I suspect the issue
 with Fusion is similar.
