 Report from Autodesk QA

 Steps:
 1. Open one flexible web layout with consumer map.
 2. Buffer -> Select Object -> Refresh layer information -> Set the
 appropriate buffer distance -> Done.

 Results:
 1. Consumer maps disappeared with one warning message in IE.
 2. Buffer doesn't created successfully but the legend displayed.
 3. Once uncheck the layer in Legend panel, nothing happened.

 Expected results:
 Buffer should work correctly.
