 Steps:
 1.Open the Feature Inspector
 2.Right Click, Select More features via Select Polygon
 3.Right Click, Feature Inspector ------> Move  to Inspector

 Results:
 Select Polygon is still working

 Expected results:
 Select Polygon stop working.

 Regression:N

 Note: Select Polygon always listens to Right Click
