 Using the tool "link to view"  or bookmark,     the link should not only
 store the spatial extent of the view that is saved but also it should
 store the map layers that are turned off and turned on.  Currently, it
 only saves the spatial extent.   This tool will really help to get users
 to see the exact location on a map that you want them to see and exactly
 the right map layers they should see.  This is a "smart bookmark".
