 Steps:
 1. Open any flexible web layout.
 2. Click Toolbar, Redline->Feature Info->Redline

 Results:
 Contents of Task Pane are still for Feature Info.

 Expected results:
 Task pane should update to Redline.

 Workaround:
 If change it in the Task List, it works correctly.
