 It's the limitation of theme widget that it can only apply to layers whose
 geometric type is Surface. So only these layers are listed in the layer
 list.[[BR]]
 [[BR]]
 However, we can extend the limitation from layers which contains "only"
 Surface features to layers which contains Surface features like layers
 contains both points and polygons.
