Comment:

 The style.backgroundImage also affected FireFox/Chrome/Safari
 sometimes.[[BR]]
 In these browsers, after assigning value for backgroundIamge, its value is
 still "". [[BR]]
 [[BR]]
     this.domImg.style.backgroundImage = 'url('+this.options.image+')';
 [[BR]]
 That will result some legend icon displayed incorrect.
