 1. set up sheboygan sample in MapGuide.

 2. download attachment TBTest.zip, unzip it. copy file TBTest.js to
 \fusion\widgets, copy TBTest.xml to \fusion\widgets\widgetinfo.

 3. Open MapGuide studio, create a flexible weblayout, create a widget
 TBTest, and add it to Toolbar.

 4. click button "View in browser", after the map has been loaded, click
 button TBTest,

 Result: you will get error reloadMapCallingTwiceResultError1.PNG and error
 in reloadMapCallingTwiceResultError2.PNG.

 Expect: map.reloadMap should work without problem.
