 steps:[[BR]]
 1. In redline layer creation, click on "Background color", set it as a
 not-transparency color.[[BR]]
 2. Click "OK", you'll find the color has been set as "Background
 color".[[BR]]
 3. Open color select dialog again.[[BR]]
 [[BR]]
 Expect:[[BR]]
 100% transparency is not checked as currently background color is not
 transparency.[[BR]]
 Actual:[[BR]]
 it's checked which makes that directly OK clicking will change background
 color to be transparency.[[BR]]
