 Fusion uses the same mechanism as OpenLayers to load scripts at run-time
 and this issue http://trac.osgeo.org/openlayers/ticket/2933 has been fixed
 in OL but not Fusion.  The same fix needs to be applied to fusion.js.

 It's probably worth putting the fix in the 2.2 branch as well.
