 1. Change to Select mode (click Select button).[[BR]]
 2. Right click on map.[[BR]]

 Result:[[BR]]
 No context menu show. [[BR]]
 It is fine to right click on map in other working modes e.g. Pan, Zoom
 etc.[[BR]]

 Expectation:[[BR]]
 Show context menu correctly with select mode.[[BR]]
