 2. new a redline with name "7"[[BR]]
 3. click ok and redline is created[[BR]]
 4. click new[[BR]]
 5. enter name 7[[BR]]
 6. click ok [[BR]]

 result:[[BR]]
 the "Available Redline Layers" list only one 7  and no warning
 message[[BR]]

 expectation:[[BR]]
 layer names must be unique
