 It is currently difficult to make customizations to a deployed copy of
 Fusion (ie. Modify fusion.js or some widget and re-build a new compressed
 version of fusionSF-compressed.js) because the build process does not
 include the following:

  * The build.xml
  * The template config.json
  * The utils folder required by build steps in build.xml

 These files/directories should also be copied to the target output folder
 as part of the normal build step in build.xml
