Comment(by jng):

 Need to display some sort of notification if the resolved location is
 outside of the maximum bounds of the current map.

 eg. My location of Melbourne, Australia is outside the bounds of the map
 of Sheboygan, WI, USA so invoking this widget should notify that my
 position is outside the bounds of this map.
