 Launch a standard flexible layout using the Slate template.

 Invoke the Zoom Rectangle tool from the main toolbar. The toolbar item is
 highlighted.

 Now invoke the same Zoom Rectangle tool from the context menu, that
 toolbar item is no longer highlighted, but it is still internally the
 active widget.

 This can confuse users as to what is the current active widget.
