 If you view a Flexible Layout with Google Layers turned on, chances are
 your map data will be displaced from the underlying Google data at lower
 levels due the Google layer being tilted.

 Checking in a [http://trac.osgeo.org/openlayers/ticket/3615 patched
 version of OpenLayers/Layer/Google/v3.js that disables this feature] will
 fix this issue.
