[fusion-users] Scalebar with Fusion and Mapguide

Can anyone help with some examples of how to get a Scalebar widget working in a fusion layout with MapGuide enterprise? I have tried various methods but cannot seem to get anything to work. Ideally a sample ApplicationDefinition, template index.htm, and any changes required to the widget xml files would be good – just so that I can work out where I am going wrong.
Also, is it possible to use the scripts to create a scale bar on a Fusion printable page?
